The Indiana Ghostbusters is a costume fan group in the Indianapolis area for local charities, events, haunted houses, and other non-profit events.
The group got its start in 2005 when founding members Jon Ray, Dustin Gardner, and Jeff Lewis put together their costumes to attend Star Wars Celebration III at the Indianapolis Convention Center. While on a walk through Circle Center mall they met the fourth member, Andrew Beymer, who also had his own costume. Since then the Indiana Ghostbusters have been getting together a few times each year to help at charity events, attend conventions, or spread a little unexpected cheer amongst movie buffs in downtown Indianapolis.
